Kindly Note:

ePrint option can be enabled only if printer has ePrint capability.

Printer should be connected to an active internet connection through Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

ePrint does not support USB Connection.

For enhanced usage of a Web services (ePrint), a periodic update for firmware is required when available.



Enabling ePrint on your HP Printer (Envy / Officejet / Laserjet / Photosmart)

Turn on your Printer.

Click the ePrint option on the printer display.

If the above option is not available on the display, navigate to Web Services Setup -> Network Setup/Web Setting to locate the Web Services menu, depending on your printer model.

Make a note of the printers email address.

To print from anywhere a copy of the content should be emailed to the printer’s email address.

Maximum size of the email including attachment is 10MB.

Supported Document Types:

       Text(*.txt)

       PDF

       HTML

       Microsoft Word (*.doc and *.docx)

       Microsoft PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx)

       Microsoft Excel (*.xls and *.xlsx)

Supported Photo file Types:

       *.bmp

       *.gif

       *.jpg

       *.png

       *.tiff

HP ePrint does not support digitally signed, encrypted, password protected documents and Open Office files.

Printing on both sides (Duplex Printing) is not supported by HP ePrint.
